The class provides instruction on making the perfect dough, flavor combinations of toppings, sauces, and being able to cook your pizzas hands-on in the massive wood fire pizza oven (with supervision). The dough will be premade since the perfect dough does need time to rest which cannot be achieved in class but the overall recipe and overview of it will be demonstrated. Class includes all supplies and you leave w/ homemade pizza for dinner. Limited to 10 people.
